Fragrance: Fresh, pleasantly acidic wine. Fruity with floral hints
Flavour: To taste it is full, quite soft, intense and lingering
Serving temperature: 13-15°C
Serve with: Adaptable wine, goes well with fresh salami, soft caciotta cheese and also some fish dishes such as cacciucco fish soup and Livornese-style mullet
