WINE CELLAR AND TASTING SESSIONS
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE WINE CELLAR?
Our wine cellars, just like our vineyards, can feel the spring and have leapt into activity. We are working on the wines from the last grape harvest and are continuing to bottle Rose and White wines, and our Aura and Pupillino Vivace.
August and SEPTEMBER
During these months, we are finally at the harvest period, with the season on our side and with wonderful grapes waiting to be harvested by hand, and made into wines such as Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo and Aleatico; to follow Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and lastly, Trebbiano Malvasia.
september and october
The must is fermenting, our wine cellars are busy and production is ongoing.
Now it is the turn of the olives. Harvest begins, and so does the production of extra virgin olive oil.
We are ready for your Christmas parcels.
The vines are resting and we are all getting ready for a new season!
OUR CELLARS ARE OPEN FOR DIRECT SALES OF ESTATE PRODUCTS
The cellar is open all year, with the possibility of enjoying food and wine tasting sessions, from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Different arrangements can be made by telephone for days on which we are closed or during the winter season.
Il Pupillo offers a shuttle service that, on booking, will bring you from your residence to the estate.
